Thomas Jefferson Middle School Announcements

1) Birthdays Today – October 10th..Tristin Hefel.
2) The book fair will be held in the LRC Tuesday 10/16 through Thursday 10/18. We’ll be open during home base, weekly scheduled LRC visits, and during conferences. You can purchase books and bookmarks and enter a contest to win free books. A portion of every dollar spent at the book fair will be earned to buy new books for the library.
3) Sports Today – Girls Gold Volleyball…Jefferson Gold vs. Drexler Black. 7th grade at Jefferson and 8th grade at Drexler; both games begin at 4 p.m.
4) Leap – Wednesday, Oct 10th…Rock Band with Josh Engler – Wrestling with Greg Gottschalk. Thursday, Oct 11th…Wrestling with Greg Gottschalk – FIELD TRIP to Dubuque Senior Tennis Courts for Tennis with Chris Burns – last day for this activity.
5) Girls basketball and wrestling start Oct. 22nd. Students must have a physical on file to participate.
6) 7th grade football that was scheduled for today, will be rescheduled for Monday, October 15th at Drexler Middle School.
