2) LEAP…Homework Help today from 2:30-5:30 p.m. in the Cafeteria. Wednesday, October 7th and Thursday, October 8th…Homemade Fidget (Color, cut, fold, and tape your own homemade, twistable fidget!) Thursday, October 8th…Trivia (Do you like trivia? Come test your knowledge on various topics and create your very own trivia game. Students will need to bring their laptop.)
3) 6th grade track tackled the 800m and hurdles this week! Here are some results. 800m: Jo Mootz, Cece Stork, Gillian Henson, Connor Lahey, Rj Hendricks, Grace Gassman. Hurdles: Cece Stork, RJ Hendricks, Conner Lahey, Jo Mootz, Gillian Henson, and Grace Gassman. Coach Settanni and Coach Frederick are so proud of the effort the athletes put into each event and most importantly how they support their teammates. We are proud of you, 6th grade track!
4) All students are invited to participate in the 2020-2021 MLK Tribute. We encourage all students (as individuals, in pairs or teams) to participate, to learn more about Martin Luther King Jr, the contributions of persons of color and/or to gain insights about what each of us can do to assure that we value and practice justice and equality. Students can create an entry and submit by Monday, November 30th.
