2) LEAP Activities Today…Homework Help and Art Club.
3) Please remember to bring in your pop tabs for our school wide service project. We will start collecting them from Circles today and tomorrow. Remember to ask other family members to start saving them too. Bring them in today and give them to your Circle teacher.
4) Hempstead High School Middle School Cheer Clinic is on Tuesday, March 30th from 5 to 8:30 p.m. in Hempstead’s North Gym. The cost is $30 which includes a t-shirt and bow, if registered by March 22nd. Register online at Hempsteadcheer.dbqschoolscamps.com.
5) Hempstead Women’s Basketball would like all eighth grade women basketball players to know that they are starting their off-season open gym workouts on Monday, March 22nd. The rest of the schedule is on the following link https://teamup.com/ksbqcyj1mopg159ne6.
6) Hempstead is holding open gyms for volleyball (8th – 12th grades) on the following days through May 1st: Monday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 7-9 p.m.
7) 7th and 8th grade boys and girls track begin on March 22nd. Please check your emails and sign up. You must have a current physical on file to participate.
