1) Birthdays Today – October 14th…Zachery Arensdorf, Matthew Hanselman, DeMarion Williams. October 15th…Jaylynn Lambert, Slyvania Lippstock, Ariana Moore, Colyn Woods.
2) The book fair will be held in the LRC Tuesday 10/16 through Thursday 10/18. We’ll be open during home base, weekly scheduled LRC visits, and during conferences. You can purchase books and bookmarks and enter a contest to win free books. A portion of every dollar spent at the book fair will be earned to buy new books for the library.
3) Leap – Tuesday, October 16th…Skull Diggery (Look at skulls and artifacts to learn more about animals.) October 23rd…Cats (Humane Society will be bring in a cat for you to learn what takes to take care of these fury animals.) October 30th…Archery.
4) Girls basketball and wrestling start October 22nd. Students must have a physical on file to participate.
5) Sports Today – 7th Grade Football…Jefferson vs. Drexler Red at Farley beginning at 4:15 p.m.
6) Sports Today – 8th Grade Football…Jefferson vs. Drexler Black at Jefferson beginning at 4:15 p.m.
