2) Attention musical cast and crew! We are doing a second t-shirt order. Your order form and money need to be turned in by Monday, March 4th at 2:30 p.m. No exceptions! If you ordered a shirt in the first round you will be receiving your shirts shortly. Thank you for your orders!

3) Wednesday, Feb 27th: Chess Club with Mark Bowers; FIELD TRIP to Creative Adventure Lab to Paint Pottery (25 students max). Thursday, Feb 28th: Yoga with Molly Schreiber; Family Literacy Night with NICC (5:30 – 7 pm). Friday, March 1st: Homework Help.

4) Sports Today – Boys Gold Basketball…Jefferson Gold vs. Washington White. 7th grade at Jefferson and 8th grade at Washington; both games begin at 4 p.m.

2) Mrs. Meyer’s homebasae would like to thank everyone that participated in the Humane Society Drive this year. The winner of the competition is Mr. Rottler’s homebase. Mrs. Meyer will be in touch with Mr. Rottler’s homebase to set up the time for an ice cream party.

3) Sports Today – Boys Gold Basketball…Jefferson Gold vs. Roosevelt Black. 7th grade at Roosevelt and 8th grade at Jefferson; both games begin at 4 p.m.

1) LEAP…Thursday, Feb 21st: Yoga with Molly Schreiber; 25 students max. HyVee activity at Jefferson from yesterday is rescheduled for Monday, March 11th.

2) The ‘Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day’ scheduled for February 20th has been postponed to Monday, April 15th due to concern about potential winter weather. The 10 (7th grade) girls who were planning to attend will be participating on April 15th.

3) Birthdays Today – February 20th…Helmet Betwell.

4) Mrs. Meyer’s homebase would like to remind ALL homebases to bring in items for the Humane Society Drive. Remember that many of these items can be found around your house and can be gently used. 7) 7th Grade Boys Red Basketball Team came away with two victories last night at Mazzuchelli Gold! The first game was a dominating win with a score of 52-29. The second game came down to the wire with a “sudden death overtime” win by a score of 23-21. Great effort and teamwork by both teams!
