Thomas Jefferson Middle School Announcements

Tuesday, August 31, 2021 – Day A

1) Birthdays Today – August 31st…Landon Wehrenberg.

2) All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade choir students should head to the auditorium period 1. This week is the last week to join choir, so tell your success teacher if you’re interested in joining.

3) If you have not had your school picture taken, Siebe Studio will be at Jefferson on Friday, September 3rd. Please get your picture taken. Only for students who did not get their picture taken during the open house.

4) Starting September 13, we will be having LEAP. LEAP is an after-school program for kids that runs from right after school until 4:00 for programs and 5:30 for homework help.

Monday, August 30, 2021 – Day B

1) Birthdays Today – August 30th…Bentley Woodward, Hannah Grau.

2) 7th and 8th grade band, orchestra and choir students will begin today.

3) 6th grade choir students start on Tuesday.

4) If you have not had your school picture taken, Siebe Studio will be at Jefferson on Friday, September 3rd. Please get your picture taken. Only for students who did not get their picture taken during the open house.

Friday, August 27, 2021 – Day A

Today is an early release due to extreme heat.  The regularly scheduled Friday late start has been cancelled. Classes will start today at 7:35 AM.  No after school activities or sports practices.

1) Birthdays Today – August 28th…Ebonie HubbardKipp, Brandon Puccio.

2) Due to the early outs, 7th and 8th grade band, orchestra and choir students will begin Monday.

3) 6th grade choir students start on Tuesday.

Today is a two-hour early release due to extreme heat.  No after school activities or sports practices.

1) Birthdays Today – August 26th…Jordan River, Brionna Sloan, JonElliott Friend, Avery Ramos.

2) 6th grade students may sign up for band, orchestra and choir anytime this week. See your Success Teacher to sign up.

3) Due to the early outs, 7th and 8th grade band, orchestra and choir students will begin Monday.

2) 6th grade students may sign up for band, orchestra and choir anytime this week. See your Success Teacher to sign up.

3) 7th and 8th grade band, orchestra and choir students will begin on Wednesday.

4) 6th grade choir students start on Thursday.

1) Birthdays Today – August 20th…Myrah Spiegelhater, Dickson Leban, Madeline Schmitt.  August 21st…  Paxton Koch, Heaven Chase. August 22nd…  No birthdays. August 23… Tristan Billmeyer, Angel Rose Celebrado.

2) 7th and 8th grade Cross Country, Football and Volleyball start on August 23rd. A physical must be on file in the office to participate. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Haverland.
