2) LEAP Activities Today…Homework Help, Art Club, Gym Games.
3) Please remember to bring in your pop tabs for our school wide service project. We will start collecting them from circles on March 11th and 12th. Remember to ask other family members to start saving them too. Bring them in today and give them to your circle teacher.
4) Hempstead High School Middle School Cheer Clinic is on Tuesday, March 30th from 5 to 8:30 p.m. in Hempstead’s North Gym. The cost is $30 which includes a t-shirt and bow, if registered by March 22nd. Register online at Hempsteadcheer.dbqschoolscamps.com.
5) Sports Today – Boys Red Basketball Hybrid A…Jefferson vs. Washington at Washington beginning at 4 p.m.
6) Boys and girls 6th grade basketball will begin March 8th. Please sign up by using the link that was sent to your email.
7) In honor of Women’s History Month, students and staff are asked to send Ms. Cooper a picture of a woman in your life that you respect. All pictures will go onto the bulletin board in the main hallway. Please be sure to add the name of the woman you respect with the picture. Any questions please email Ms. Cooper.
