Dubuque Schools will operate on a weather-related delay schedule on Friday, Jan. 7, due to extreme cold. Schools will begin ONE HOUR LATER THAN THE REGULAR FRIDAY MORNING LATE-START TIME. All district-run morning preschool and staff professional development are canceled.
