1) Birthdays Today – November 17th…Kaylie Brehm, Benjamin Roraff, Alexis Bosveld, Calysta Mundt.
2) LEAP Homework Help today from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Making Masks with Mrs. Kutsch. Gym Games with Mr. Richter and Mr. Fleming.
3) November is #NationalFamilyLiteracyMonth. Family literacy describes parents and children learning together. To celebrate National Family Literacy Month, Carnegie Stout Library is giving away FREE Storytime Kits for families with preschool-aged children and FREE Chapter Book Bundles for families with young readers. Stop by the Children’s Desk this month to get yours, available while supplies last.
4) 6th grade science classes are learning about renewable resources, like water, and how to conserve them. They made posters with tips on how to save water to share with Jefferson students. These posters are hung around school. Be sure to check them out!
5) Thursday will be the start of the 2nd trimester.
