1) Birthdays Today – February 2nd…Evelyn Fern.
2) LEAP Activities Today…Homework Help, Making Dog Toys, Art Club, and Gym Games.
3) A reminder to collect pop tabs for our school wide service project for the Ronald McDonald house. Also, remember to decorate your pop tab container and take pictures of it to send to Ms. Marks and Mrs. Boxleiter. This needs to be done by 2/5 to be entered into a drawing for a gift card. We have already received some great entries!
4) Congratulations to Abby Schmitt in 6-2 for being awarded a scholarship to perform a science experiment on the behavior of pigs from the Iowa Agriculture Literacy Foundation!
5) The Jefferson Music Departments is selling Jefferson Apparel with the theme, “We are connected.” The online apparel store has a variety of items for sale including hoodies, T-shirts and crew-neck shirts in both adult and youth sizes. The shirt designs were created by our very own Jefferson Music Students, so we hope both staff and students consider showing your support for our music department by wearing this custom-designed apparel.
