3) Hempstead High School Middle School Cheer Clinic is on Tuesday, March 30th from 5 to 8:30 p.m. in Hempstead’s North Gym. Today is the last day to register. Register online at Hempsteadcheer.dbqschoolscamps.com. The cost is $30 which includes a t-shirt and bow.

4) Hempstead Women’s Basketball would like all eighth grade women basketball players to know that they are starting their off-season open gym workouts today Monday, March 22nd. The rest of the schedule is on the following link https://teamup.com/ksbqcyj1mopg159ne6.

5) Hempstead is holding open gyms for volleyball (8th – 12th grades) on the following days through May 1st: Monday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 7-9 p.m.
